Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain. It's caused by inflammation of the thick band of tissue (plantar fascia) that runs across the bottom of your foot and connects your heel bone to your toes.
Common symptoms
- Sharp, stabbing pain near the heel (especially in the morning)
- Pain after long periods of standing or walking
- Discomfort after exercise (not during)
- Stiffness in the foot arch
Our treatment approach
- Gait & pressure analysis — We evaluate how you walk to identify imbalances.
- Custom orthotics — Designed specifically for your foot shape and pressure points.
- Therapeutic footwear — Proper arch and heel support to ease inflammation.
- FootBalance technology — 3D molded insoles made in minutes.
- Targeted bracing — To offload pressure and encourage healing.
