Runner's Knee
Runner's knee, or patellofemoral pain syndrome, is a common condition where the cartilage under the kneecap becomes irritated or inflamed. It's often caused by improper tracking of the kneecap due to muscle imbalance, overuse, poor foot alignment, or high-impact activity.

- Pain during running, squatting, or climbing stairs
